Pour préciser un peu l'opportunité de financement de la part du RIPE :

- la deadline est le 24 novembre (c'est dans pas longtemps !)

- il n'y a pas de limite sur le montant du financement (ni limite haute ni
  limite basse).  Le RIPE a 250k€ à donner, et ils distribueront parmi les
  projets retenus.

- dans la demande de financement, il faut bien expliquer pourquoi le
  projet bénéficie à la communauté réseau en Europe, ou à l'évolution
  d'Internet en général.  Parce que c'est des sous qui viennent des
  membres du RIPE, donc c'est mieux si il y a au moins un semblant de
  retour (même très indirect).

- le financement peut en gros être utilisé pour acheter du matériel (mais
  pas seulement), financer des gens, et financer l'organisation
  d'événements.  La liste précise des restrictions est là :

- c'est la première année que le RIPE fait ça, donc ils ne savent pas trop
  quels projets ils vont attirer.  Également, c'est possible que peu de
  projets fassent une demande.  C'est donc le bon moment pour proposer nos
  projets : à la fois pour être visible auprès du RIPE, et aussi parce que
  ça a de bonnes chances d'être accepté !
