Hello,

I plan to upgrade macOS for some security and stability updates
but there's not enough disk space to do this at the moment.

The internal disk unfortunately cannot be upgraded.

Here are some of the top consumers at the moment; note that
there is a 2TB external disk with a symlink in your HOME:

# du -sh /Users/* | grep G | sort -nr | head -n 15
 26G /Users/hahnjo
 12G /Users/rth
 11G /Users/nikic
9.8G /Users/bbuchfink
5.7G /Users/martin-frbg
5.0G /Users/zaytsev
4.4G /Users/williamjhuang
4.4G /Users/lipzhu
3.2G /Users/kpcyrd
2.8G /Users/wine-testing
2.4G /Users/djb
2.3G /Users/polacek
2.2G /Users/cliddell_37882
1.9G /Users/superboum
1.9G /Users/muller

I may move some data to the external volume temporarily and then
restore it after the update. If the machine fails to come online
after the updates (remotely) then it will be down for a few days
before someone can visit the data center.

And a reminder that users are responsible for their own backups.

Zach
