Does IBM know that they're supposed to care?  Has anyone actually asked them?

(I don't know anyone at IBM so I'm not volunteering, just pointing out that
ever since they shut down the psychic lab in the not-shown-on-any-plans third
sub-basement at Somers they haven't been able to mind-read the need for
compilers at the cfarm).
