[cfarm-users] cfarm26 FP inaccuracies

The sox_ng testsuite is failing on a single cfarm machine, the 
well-beloved cfarm266.

It turns out that a chorus effect, running internally a 32-bit 
precision, gets slightly different results on cfarm26 than anywhere 
else; the current theory is bugs in its FP silicon that no one is 
managing to work around, "fixed" by dropping the failing test to 16-bit 
audio.

However, this makes cfarm26 an interesting machine for anyone doing FP 
work reliant against FP bugs in the field.
