Scrub that. I changed "yes > /dev/null" to "for(;;)" and it now
reports 25% for 8 of those, though with compilations they all report
much lower totals than the individual rows or vmstat's "us" column, so
it seems to be a generic top-on-linux-on-aarch64 issue.
