It's online now. There is some kind of race condition with the
startup scripts, so rebooting it twice (manually) is what was
required. I tested it two more times for confirmation.

Unfortunately the display switches over early in the boot
process and I'm not able to use the usual shortcuts to watch in
realtime what is happening during boot. I will look at logs.

A remote KVM apparatus might be a good idea for some of these
machines. The /home is also not automatically mounting anymore
but works fine. All of the CFarm machines we host at the moment
do not have remote management capabilities built in.

More investigation is needed, but I have a spare machine that I
can test with so this shouldn't be a big deal.
