Ah thanks! The -1.2017 stuff says it is "expected" to be required in
that version of the standard already. But it never made it in
obviously, and things were not edited to better approximate reality. Oh
well.
2024 is not long ago that we can already expect it everywhere now, of
course. Just a little longer :-)
