I've managed to crash cfarm108 twice in the last few days; in
both cases it was after GPU usage went from high to low. It will
need to wait until next week for a reboot. I wasn't able to get
debug data from the first time prior to resetting it, but I did
not see anything strange in the logs after it came back up.

I will see about connecting a debug cable in case it recurs. It
maybe power related or driver related; it is pretty strange to
occur immediately after a heavy test workload just completed.

The Docker-related capabilities are paused until that is fixed.
