This has been completed yesterday. A dead HBA was replaced and will be 
dissected soon. I think there will be less/shorter downtime because the 
servers are more stable and easier to maintain now, hopefully.

It looks like my fight with the homeowner association (the biggest 
obstacle, who insists on self imposed vendor lock on one ISP) may last 
for a long time, meanwhile I have an idea to make the packets travel a 
shorter distance for users in Asia and Americas. The idea is to use a 
VPS in Tokyo (instead of France, now) and a wireguard tunnel.
