Welp, pleeeeeease keep in mind that the Talos 2 board (OPENPOWER) 
doesn't comes with AIX license or IBM serial number or whatsoever. IBM 
put the download links behind a paywall, which is pretty much what I 
expected for a proprietary system. But I managed to find some torrents, 
so I could add 2 more small VMs, one for AIX 7.2, one for AIX 7.3. On 
the other hand, xlc can be downloaded from IBM's website but with 
"30-day free trial". I'm not confident that it will work out, but let me 
try first.

There are other alternatives, like shipping cfarm{110,111} from OSUOSL 
to me, or if someone can get IBM to sponsor a license.
