A copy of GPL is actually installed as a manpage in 
./share/man/man7/gpl.7

I'm late but I just sent an email to FSF, CCed Jacob and Martin. I 
started this and it makes sense that I see through it :D

I made two corrections: (1) a copy of GPL is included; (2) their 
prebuilt binaries include glibc, gcc, binutils, llvm-toolchain 
(irrelevant). Not sure if Spacemit made changes to glibc.
