[cfarm-users] cfarm117 and cfarm118 (old ARM64 machines) are going to be retired

Hello,

Due to an upcoming datacenter migration, we are taking this opportunity to
retire cfarm117 and cfarm118.  They are quite old ARM64 boards that have
special hardware quirks, so they are hard to support.  There are several
more modern ARM64 alternatives in the farm.

Please make sure that you save all important data stored on these hosts,
we will not make any backup.

PS: the boards currently have an uptime of 1185 days, which is not bad :)
