Its unenforcable unless we set up a full-time Stasi or individual cfarm 
users decide to play vigilante;

just handle individual cases as and when they occur, as has happened so 
gently and respectfully this time.

After all, Munin will say when things are going funny and our admins are 
vigilant.


As to whether cryptocurrencies are good or bad, that remains to be seen.

Globally, mining consumes the same power as Denmark but when the fiat 
currencies collapse it may save us.
