Hmmm, a blatant GPL violation on GCC?  Have you contacted [A1] the FSF 
about it?

(I initially thought about quietly passing this along myself or giving 
this suggestion off-list, then realized that I should reply publicly to 
avoid many private responses with the same suggestion or deluging the 
FSF with reports.)
