You couldn't make a TCP connection at all.  Nothing specific to SSH
comes into play here, and we (cfarm) cannot see anything in logs about
it either: nothing reached us.  You can use some traceroute tool to see
closer where the problem is.

You can ask us, if you need to know for some reason?  Or you can look at
<https://portal.cfarm.net/users/dashboard/>, that will give you an idea
what machines are (currently) problematic.  And finally, if you
can successfully connect (using the new key) it apparently was
successfully deployed to the machine you connected to ;-)

(cfarm-admins@ is where you should ask for admin assistance, not
cfarm-users@, btw.  Thanks!)
