[cfarm-users] RISC-V hosts gcc91 and gcc92 going offline for a few days/weeks

Hello,

Our current RISC-V hosts, gcc91 and gcc92, will physically be moved on 15th August.

As a result, they will be unavailable for at least a few days.  If all
goes well, they should be available again around the 17th August.
However, there's a possibility they might be unavailable for longer, up to
a few weeks.
