[cfarm-users] gcc80 going down for extended maintenance

Hello,

gcc80 will go down for maintenance tomorrow.  The maintenance is expected
to take a few months but we don't have an exact timeline yet.

If all goes well, the machine will eventually come back with an upgraded
OS.  All user data (/home) will be preserved during the maintenance and
will become available again when the machine comes back.

Please backup any important data you might need to access during the
maintenance window.
