[cfarm-users] LoongArch Machine GCC401 maintenance on Aug 11

Hi all,

The gcc400/gcc401 has old CLFS-2.3 ,the kernel version is 5.16, glibc
is 2.34 and both of them are not upstremed version.

We will be upgrading to CLFS-6.1, which has upstreamed kernel-5.19 and
glibc-2.36.

The /home directory will remain.

Note: Old binaries will not work on new CLFS, because some kernel and
glibc changing during upstream. we need rebuild everything. For
convenience we will upgrade the gcc401, the gcc400 keep it as it is,
we will upgrade the gcc400 after a while.
