Je connais un peu ce sujet-là .<br class="">

Concernant l'activé, certains délégataire l'ont placé au catalogue , d'autres pas.<br class="">

Pour ceux qui ne l'ont pas fait, à mon* avis on arrivera pas à convaincre même l'arcep l'imposer.<br class="">
C'est un autre métier entièrement , entre déployer un réseau optique et faire du réseau (même L2) pour l'activer:<br class="">
Pas les mêmes profils d'ingénieurie, pas les mêmes compétences.<br class="">

Sachant que pour bon nombre de DSP le "graal" c'est qu'un des FAI national se positionne en achetant des "tranches"<br class="">
de 5% de cofinancement, et que ces FAI nationaux viendront 1) activer eux-même et 2), l’existence d'une offre activée<br class="">
"tier" est vue comme une menace , il faudra bien choisir l'endroit.<br class="">

Certaines DSP (pas toutes) décident , en plus, de s'appuyer presque intégralement sur le réseau de Orange , tant en terme de<br class="">
génie civil que d'infra , par exemple en créant leur réseau autour des NRA (cas du gers, à ce que j'en ai lu).<br class="">

La seule porte de sortie que j'y voit reste alors l'activation par un tiers (ici Fullsave, je sais qu'on parle parfois de Kosc),<br class="">
auquel l'assoc achèterais du coup la prestation.<br class="">

La DSP *peux* (ou pas) proposer une prestation de raccordement client final, pour un prix qui dépends (parfois) de la complexité<br class="">
dudit racco. Normalement tout FAI client de la DSP peux imposer de raccorder lui-même ses clients à partir des PBO dans la rue.<br class="">

La question est hautement politique, selon que le département est plutôt accoquiné avec orange ou pas (pour faire simple...)<br class="">

Enfin, pour mettre les pieds dans le plat, je me demande quels sont les bénéfices directs à vouloir se positionner sur un tel<br class="">
chantier: En terme purement économique, on sera perdant, puisque les prix de gros restent supérieurs à ceux des prix de détails<br class="">
des FAI nationaux surtout à cause des FAS que ça va coûter au vu du nombre de personnes .<br class="">
(ça fait mal , mais ça fait des années que ça change pas, donc à mon sens ya clairement pas la volonté de faire bouger ce point<br class="">
au niveau national).<br class="">

Reste au niveau acheminement réseau où, c'est clair, on va y gagner une certaine qualité de service / suivi ( ne serait-ce que via une livraison<br class="">
locale).<br class="">
Mais bon, aujourd'hui on prends déjà des FTTH/VDSL chez des FAI nationaux qu'on tunnelise + chiffre, donc...<br class="">
(Et on devra TOUJOURS chiffrer, quoi qu'il arrive, vu qu'en activé on passera par des infra qui nous appartiennent pas et qui sont donc<br class="">
potentiellement espionnable , voir détournable par MiM).<br class="">

raisonables, et d'ataquer les contrat de Délégation de Service Public si<br class="">
