Welp, pleeeeeease keep in mind that the Talos 2 board (OPENPOWER) <br>
doesn't comes with AIX license or IBM serial number or whatsoever. IBM <br>
put the download links behind a paywall, which is pretty much what I <br>

so I could add 2 more small VMs, one for AIX 7.2, one for AIX 7.3. On <br>
the other hand, xlc can be downloaded from IBM's website but with <br>
"30-day free trial". I'm not confident that it will work out, but let me <br>

There are other alternatives, like shipping cfarm{110,111} from OSUOSL <br>
to me, or if someone can get IBM to sponsor a license.<br>
